Antique Chocolate Mold VERY RARE A2 -Jaburg Bros (Ger) Father XMAS Bag on Left

A great Valentines or Easter present for a Chocolate Mold Lover or Collector!!! For your consideration is a VERY RARE chocolate mold – Jaburg Brothers’ (Germany) 9 Father Christmas with Bag on Left, # 24. This mold was made by Jaburg sometime between 1910 and 1940. The interior of the chocolate mold is 9″ (H), while the mold itself is about 9 1/2″ tall. The width of the mold at the bottom is about 4 1/2″ while the width of the base on which Father Christmas stands is about 3″. Both the interior and exterior of the mold show its age as they are heavily oxidized; the interior is almost entirely black with a combination of what appears to be oxidation and soot. I almost missed the markings on this mold. I looked it over several times and thought that there were no markings. However, something kept catching my eye and under magnification, I found a partial of the Jaburg Bro. Marking and the mold number 24 — please see the photographs that I have provided. The clips are included in the sale. The Easter eggs, Valentine Hershey Kisses, wood block and ruler are not included in the sale. I specialize in antique chocolate molds and Halloween items. Antique, Vintage Chocolate Metal Tin Mold of Mother Rabbit Wearing Apron w/ Basket. Measuring 6″ x 4″ st. Number 1 on both pieces indicate this is a matched set which fits together very nicely. This mother bunny mold shows beautiful patina only found with age. However, not all molds were marked with the manufacturers mark, catalog number, or even the # indicating the front and back pieces are a matched set. Antique Chocolate Mold Christmas RARE J. Matuschek KRAMPUS Austria

For your consideration is a rare chocolate mold made by J. Matuschek of Vienna, Austria. The chocolate mold is a 5 1/4 KRAMPUS – half goat and half demon – at Christmas punishes the children who have misbehaved. While the mold is over 5″ tall, it is 2 1/2″ (L) and has a depth of 1 1/8. A review of the photographs will reveal that the mold has a maker’s mark. Note that Wein = Vienna. Obviously, the mold was made in Vienna, Austria. Note, too, that the mold is a marriage; a “5” on one half and a “7” on the other. The clip is included in the sale. The cast iron skeleton bank, the block of wood, and the ruler shown in some of the photography is not included in the sale. I specialized in antique chocolate molds and Halloween items. Wonderful Antique Vintage FANCY COFFEE POT Chocolate Mold. This is a RARE find indeed! This mold is made by Anton Reiche of Dresden, Germany. Signed and Stamped with the numbers 9541. The Anton Reiche stamp is behind the Coffee Pot ANTON REICHEHandle and is very faint – but it is there! And with the number 6 on both sides. Seldom found this, FANCY COFFEE POT measures 3 1/2″ tall by 3 1/2″ wide and 1 5/8 deep. This mold fits together snugly. In good used antique condition. See the photos as part of the description. You will find scratches, dings, scuffs and the usual wear and tear – all commensurate with age. Has a wonderful patina. This mold has honest wear and was in service many years.
