This mold is very similar (almost identical) to those made in Holland by Van Emden of a crossing guard/Cop, but there is no indication what country this was made. This mold fits the character molds made between 1910 – 1930. It came out a collection from an old candy shop closed around the second world war and most of the molds are still useable.
