New old stock from a gift shop. After reaching out to the company, I’ve been informed that is is a cookie mold but I’m not confident that it’s correct information considering nothing on the cookie is backwards (which you’d typically see with a mold). It measures 18 (diameter) and is the only one I’ve been able to locate.

IT CAN BE USED FOR CONFECTIONS LIKE CHOCOLATE, CHOCOLATE CLAY OR MARZIPAN. IT CAN ALSO BE USED FOR SPRINGERLE, GINGERBREAD, SUGAR AND SPICE COOKIES AS WELL AS BUTTER MOLDING. This pair of antique Hand Carved Dutch Speculaas Cookie Molds, featuring a man, woman, and a dog, are stunning. The detail is incredible. Although they are unsigned and not dated the craftsmanship and the density of wood grain indicates that these are old. Each has a small hole in the top, back side so that they can be hung. These have been used and there is some residue in the crevices of the design. Measures 12×4¾x2½ and weighs less than 2 pounds.
