This vintage, substantial 2.38 lbs, 2 piece, hinged chocolate mold is a work of art. Made of heavy metal, it has a protective frame and hinges, all in working order. There is obvious wear from age and use. It has a lot of character visually. The inside is shiny and suitable for chocolate crafting. There is a metal divider so that the two halves, if poured as hollow chocolate, will be separated by the divider. The patina is beautiful and consistent with it’s age. Left open and set on a table it can be filled with lots of things for decorating; fuzzy pom pom chicks, jelly beans, painted eggs, cellophane grass and Chalkware rabbits. For crafting it can be a mold for paper mache, plaster, beeswax. They do not make molds like this anymore, plastic is taking over! The paper mache egg and chick’s are not included.
