Antique/Vintage chocolate mold of a two piece turkey mold, 8.75 – 9″ tall, and 7- 7.25″ wide made by the most awesome ANTON Reiche. It has the Reiche mark partially covered by a manufactured clamp, the mold number is also partially covered by another manufactured clamp, and allows the last 3 digits of the mold number to be seen, which are “946”. The inside of this mold is shiny and is suitable for molding. The exterior presents scratches, tarnish and worn tinning. No rust can be seen on this mold. You better watch out, you better not cry, you better not pout, and I’m telling you why… Santa Claus is coming to your home. Antique/Vintage Chocolate Mold of Santa walking with a cane and a shouldered bag of presents. The mold is marked “221” which indicates a T. Weygandt mold, which also in the earlier years was an agent for Anton Reiche. Is this mold actually an Anton Reiche mold, stamped 221 by Weygandt? The exterior of this mold has wear to the tinning, and tarnish. The inside of the mold is nice and shiny and would present itself suitable for molding. There is a very small hole that was drilled into his nose, as I was told this is because the air bubble when molding would form there, and they did this to relieve the air so it would fill with chocolate. You got to love the detail of H. By far some of the best detail I have seen! This rare and scarce mold measures at a whopping 20” It is in great condition for its age and can still be molded with today! Yet this mold is unmarked it is stamped with the mold number 5318 which indicates it is indeed an H. This mold may have some discoloration on the outside but that is normal for a mold of this age. Anton Reiche 1929 Rare chocolate original mold. It appears to have been made for the Warfield Chocolate company based in Chicago. I think it was a one of a kind custom made mold to celebrate the 1931 Worlds Fair in Chicago as a huge display piece of chocolate bars. 19 x 11 x 3 inches. The detail is truly amazing. I would imagine that they used to mold to make large chocolate bars so that merchants could display the bars to drive sales of their baking chocolate. The Chicago skyline details are amazing. Beautiful unusual antique chocolate mold depicts rabbit, wearing basket backpack, riding a stately rooster. This unique mold is part of a collection from family candy business dating from the 1920s. It is numbered 8350 but has no other identifying markings. In excellent used condition. This piece (and all in this collection) has been in storage for 45 years which has. Rare Antique & Vintage Four Deer / Fawn / Bambi Chocolate Candy Mold

Very Rare Antique & Vintage Quadruple Fawn/Deer/Bambi Chocolate Candy Mold. The item is unmarked but bears a strong resemblance to T. Weygandt molds from the 1920s made in the USA. Could be German as well. The mold consists of four fawns banded together on a hinged pewter frame with two working clamps. The interior molds are tin. This is a very heavy duty mold weighing in at just over 6lbs. I have not seen this exact piece in good condition anywhere else online! The item is in used condition and shows typical signs of wear and tear given its age (patina; moderate rust). It was owned and regularly used by a culinary professional and chocolatier. What’s important to note is that the interior tin molds are in good shape, which I’m told is crucial to a mold’s functionality and value. Note: there is a bit of minor rusting/discoloration on the outermost lip of the interior molds. It does not appear that this would affect the chocolate molds. I did my best to clean the item, but there is still a bit of chocolate residue in spots which might require deeper cleaning. Please look closely at pictures! Full mold: 11″h x 10″w x 1.7d.
