Antique Confectioners / Bakers. Terra Cotta Pascal Lamb Mold. Mold has Glazed Interior. These are a rare find….. Especially to find both matching halves and in this condition. Terra cotta molds such as this are from the Alasce region in France. This interior surface of each “half” is glazed….. Glaze has “age crackling” which is exactly what I would expect to see (see pics). Exterior surface of these show signs of wear and age… No clip to hold together but that is an easy find….. All 3 “corner holes” are there and in good shape (see pics). The pictures do a much better job of describing this item than I ever could, please check them out!
