Double-Sided Springerle Speculaas Wooden Mold Board. 27″ long x 4 3/8″ wide x 1 7/8 thick; 4 3/8 wide. Animals range from 3″ to 3 1/2″ high x approx 2 3/4 wide. Circle-shaped animals are 2 7/8 diameter. The kerbschnitzerei (chip carving) shows very nicely. Please see random close-up photos of the various animals. Has a metal chain for hanging. New old stock from a gift shop. After reaching out to the company, I’ve been informed that is is a cookie mold but I’m not confident that it’s correct information considering nothing on the cookie is backwards (which you’d typically see with a mold). It measures 18 (diameter) and is the only one I’ve been able to locate.

THIS MOLD IS NUMBERED 623 AND MARKED ON THE SIDE. MEASURES APPROXIMATELY 7 1/4″ W X 5 1/4 H X 1 1/8″ (THICKNESS OF THE MOLD). IT CAN BE USED FOR CONFECTIONS LIKE CHOCOLATE, CHOCOLATE CLAY OR MARZIPAN. IT CAN ALSO BE USED FOR SPRINGERLE, GINGERBREAD, SUGAR AND SPICE COOKIES AS WELL AS BUTTER MOLDING.
