For your consideration is a VERY RARE Anton Reiche chocolate mold Mother Rabbit Pishing Her Bunny in a Baby Carriage. This lovely chocolate mold is 4 (L) X 6 (H). This mold is not listed in Divones Chocolate Mould Encyclopedia. The mold number can be found on on it: 22716S. Also, 14 is stamped on both halves of the mold indicating that they were meant for it other in other words, the are a match – not a marriage. A review of the photographs will revival that the mold has the Anton Reiche hallmark with a 2 on one end of the stamp and a 6 at the other. This indicates that the mold was made in 1926. You will also note that Stover is stamped on the mold. The is likely the chocolatier that owned the mold or the name of an Anton Reiche authorized dealer. The clips are included in the sale. The Easter eggs, Hershey box, wood block, and ruler seen in some of the photographs are not included. I specialize in antique chocolate molds and Halloween items. You got to love the detail of H. By far some of the best detail I have seen! This rare and scarce mold measures at a whopping 20” It is in great condition for its age and can still be molded with today! Yet this mold is unmarked it is stamped with the mold number 5318 which indicates it is indeed an H. This mold may have some discoloration on the outside but that is normal for a mold of this age. Rare Early 1900’s Antique Anton Reiche Metal Chocolate Mold of Dapper Rabbit with Hunting Rifle. So it looks like the tables are turned on this one! Beautifully detailed chocolate mould shows a handsome rabbit wearing his hunting attire standing tall and proud with his rifle. He produced more than 50,000 designs, for every occasion you can imagine. Stamped and tinned this chocolate candy mold shows beautiful patina. Both pieces are stamped #5 showing this is a matched set, along with its catalog number as seen in photos. Measuring 6″ X 3″. During WWII, many chocolate factories were either forced to shut down or were bombed leaving very little standing. In order to save these articles of history some molds were buried so as not to be melted down for the use of their metal content, or were lost to the ravages of war. Rare Antique Vintage Chocolate Mold Bunny Rabbit Cracked Easter Egg 10 inches. It’s just time for someone else to enjoy them. I had a small chalkware business but realize I really won’t ever have time. I’m sure someone else could make some wonderful chalkware or paper mache pieces. Or start your own little business. Until I found the number stamped on the back I couldn’t find a thing out about this egg. 8116 is stamped on the back piece. This egg was made by Eppelsheimer. This is a very large 2 piece egg at 7 by 10 inches with 6 inches of depth (measurements are from edge to edge, not just the egg). Features a bunny bursting out of a cracked egg. On the back is a flat base with an ornamental ring around it. This egg has issues but since it’s so unusual you might overlook them. It was used to serve as the model for which to make a modern polycarbonate mold from. So it has pinholes all over the surface and I’m sure that was done so the mold would release. If you didn’t know they were there you might not see them at first. There are probably 2 dozen tiny pinholes on the front and back of the mold. The mold does have quite a bit of wear with not much of the original shiny surface left. Please ask any questions before purchasing. I’m always happy to answer questions. For your consideration is a rare chocolate mold made by J. Matuschek of Vienna, Austria. The chocolate mold is a 5 1/4 DEVIL! While the mold is over 5″ tall, it is 2 1/2″ (L) and has a depth of 1 1/8. A review of the photographs will reveal that the mold has a maker’s mark. Note that Wein = Vienna. Obviously, the mold was made in Vienna, Austria. Note, too, that the mold is a marriage; a “5” on one half and a “7” on the other. The clip is included in the sale. Wonderful Antique Vintage FANCY COFFEE POT Chocolate Mold. This is a RARE find indeed! This mold is made by Anton Reiche of Dresden, Germany. Signed and Stamped with the numbers 9541. The Anton Reiche stamp is behind the Coffee Pot ANTON REICHEHandle and is very faint – but it is there! And with the number 6 on both sides. Seldom found this, FANCY COFFEE POT measures 3 1/2″ tall by 3 1/2″ wide and 1 5/8 deep. This mold fits together snugly. In good used antique condition. See the photos as part of the description. You will find scratches, dings, scuffs and the usual wear and tear – all commensurate with age. Has a wonderful patina. This mold has honest wear and was in service many years.
