I was fortunate to visit a rather unique estate and brought home 3 car loads of items. Items found so far include ceramic pieces, ethnic items, Christmas, electronics (camera’s & radios), toys/ games, sewing items and just plain unusual items. The first is Father Christmas- this one is hinged – stands 6.25″ tall, and 3.5″ wide. Hinge moves freely, clips attached and work freely and are tight. Does show some minor patina or aging. The second is a Rare piece- Easter Bunny with basket- lots of Bunnies out there, ones that fit in the basket are more difficult to find. This mold is actually 4 pieces with the four original clips. It is also in excellent condition with some minor wear. Stands about 8″ tall with the basket, bunny is 6″, basket measures about 5″ x 4″. Vintage Letang, Pere Noel, Father Christmas, Santa With Toy Horse Chocolate Mold

This vintage Letang Fils, Paris, chocolate mold is stamped with #150. There are no holes or rust, just wear associated with use. There is scratching on both front and back surfaces consistent with age. The inside is shiny and suitable for chocolate or crafts. Lots of detail in this beautiful mold. RARE ANTIQUE PEWTER ICE CREAM or CHOCOLATE MOLD Father Knickerbocker

This is a rare, antique American pewter mold in the shape of Father Knickerbocker, the symbol of New York City. This is a very heavy mold done in three sections. The figure of a man’s head with colonial style hat and colonial hair (see pony-style hair in back section). The back section has the mark of the Eppelsheimer co. With no mold number. Although we did not see a mold number on the object, with the information from another eBayer, it is Eppelsheimers, 994. This is the only example of this type we have seen. H: 4 ½”, W: 4 ½”.

Two different styles of Father Christmas. 4 1/2″ and 3 1/2″. Both have backs, but no clips. These were bought by me in the 70’s in Germany. Neither mold are stamped with a maker. I may have missed something minor in description, but tried to look. Carefully over each piece and disclose any flaws, chips or cracks.
