They have the normal wear associated with molds of this age that were used in the making of chocolate treats. The insides are in good condition and there are no holes or splits in the metal. There is an embossed 8069 on the girl and a 8068 on the boy. She is holding a basket of tulips. The boy has his hands in his pockets. The insides of both are shiny. Height Boy: 5 1/2″, width 2 1/2″. Girl: 5 1/4″ x 2 1/4″. They both look like Campbell’s soup kids. They come with the clips in photo. The metal is heavy and created detailed images. Anton Reiche large Antique Chocolate Mold Standing Rabbit Easter Bunny German. This is a wonderful, unique hard to find standing rabbit. He is marked with his mold number of 27404 on one side, and on the other side, it says Anton Reiche Dresden, and then Anton Reiche made in Germany. I’m not sure if it says candy I cannot read the rest of the writing. I do not see the standing rabbit position very often at all online. Most of the other positions are more visible. The mold is approximately 9 inches tall and approximately 4 inches wide. There are 3 clips. This antique mold has been used and has some wear but no dents, no splits, no cracks, please see the photos for the best description of the cosmetic condition. Antique Chocolate Mold 9 Rabbit German? Antique rabbit chocolate mold. No maker that I can find. Has a hand made cage around the mold to clamp it together. An interesting piece for your collection or to use.
