EARLY DUTCHMAN CHOCOLATE MOULD. This old tin mould was used in a chocolate shop for moulding 3-dimensional pieces of chocolate in the shape of a Dutchman. The flange is curved to allow for greater detail in the molded figure. This mould was used for making hollow chocolates. It measures 7 tall” x 3-3/4″ wide X 2 deep. It is marked #15147 and has really nice detail.
