I think the inside is nice enough to still use to make chocolate or soap. Both sides match, the inside stamped with 11 on each half. Outside no corrosion seen, some caked on chocolate. I have not cleaned it that well, I gently wiped it with a little bit of olive oil to preserve it. Comes with one clip- they are easy to get online. Comes from a family owned chocolate business that has been around for a century.
