Large Antique Vintage Chocolate Metal Mold of Bunny Rabbit Couple. Large chocolate mold measuring 8″ x 8″ at widest points. This mold has beautiful movement, fluidity, shape and cut. Some of the tinning is thin showing the copper underneath which dates it to around 1830 – 1910 when chocolate molds where first made with copper which was the only metal material soft enough to stamp at the time (according to Dad’s Follies). This lovely old mold shows the fine patina that only comes with age.…
