For sale is an antique Santa Claus chocolate mold made by Jaburg Brothers of New York. Jaburg Brothers was founded in 1885. They made equipment for the bakery and candy making industries. This mold is made of a much heavier gauge metal than is typically found. Santa is 4 1/2″ tall and 2″ wide across the arms. The exterior is 4 3/4″ x 3 3/8″. This rare mold has survived for 100 + /-years. It shows its age but its basic form is undamaged and quite usable.
