This is a set of 4 old metal molds, in the style of card suits (heart, diamond, spades, clubs). Unsure of exact metal composition, but the molds are non-magnetic. They were likely made in the early 20th century (before WW2) or mid 20th century and are stamped “Made in Japan” on the back. They weigh approximately 10.5-11 ounces total and each measure 3 inches by 3 inches square by 0.25 inches deep. May originally have been used for candymaking (chocolate or hard candies), or perhaps soap molds. PLEASE NOTE: The metal is beginning to peel and crumble due to age, so they should only be used for display purposes. Also, some of the molds are slightly bent at the corners.
