Metal Chocolate Molds were first introduced in France in 1830 and continued to be used until about 1960 when Plastic Molds were introduced. Fortunately for us, these Highly Decorative Flat Metal Industrial Molds are still found on occasion and can be used for either Candy Making or to Add Interest in your Home or Office. This Charming Vintage Metal Flat Industrial Mold features 56 Thin Mint Molds. Please see last photo. It is large and measures: 10″ x 13 3/8″ x 5/8. Minor residue or corrosion on back of mold. There is No residue on the front or in any cavities.

Cluydts Antwerpen Mold # 16266 Made in Germany. RARE and hard to find a fabulous addition to any collection. I believe it is made out of tin but could be Aluminum. Comes with 1 original clip. Good, usable condition, various signs of wear and use. Could use a good bath. Mold measures 5 inches tall by 3 1/8 by 1 inch.
