On the face of the chocolate mold is printed: 1898, Trade Mark, Anton Reiche, Dresden – Weygandt, Sole Agent, 13-15 Laight St. New York – Made In Germany – No. 5 (number stamped on both halves). This is a small cast steel mold measurinng 7 3/4″ long, 2″ wide and 1 1/8 thick when the two halves are together. The mold weighs in at close to three pounds. The chocolate mold is in very good condition with the expected wear to the exterior with some tarnish, scratches and a couple of rust spots. The interior is clean.
