For Sale: Beautiful Antique EGG MOLD Randle & Smith – Birmingham, England. Measures: Large Size Egg is 8 5/8″ x 6″. Material: Pressed Steel – Tin or Zinc plating. Markings: Randle&Smith – Birmingham – is marked on both of the hinges. On the opposite side of the hinge is marked the numbers ” 11 – 36 “. Condition: Used – Hinge is in excellent shape – The closure on the top is tight, and holds the Mold firmly together. Most of the plating is missing, but is still in the recessed lines of the design. There is a little bit of rust, and one very small hole (which has been there for a very long time) on the back side of the mold. You can see this pointed out with tip of pencil in my last photo.
