Offering this unusual vintage chocolate mold, a fun design that shows Father Christmas being a little naughty himself as he takes a little boy to task for perhaps being naughty himself. It is a hinged mold, made of a heavier metal and closed at the bottom. The design is so out of the ordinary and captures a bygone era. It is fun in that regard. It is in very good condition commensurate with its age and previous use. The mold measures 8 tall and 6 wide. It has no makers mark but is stamped with the number 180 on the front. Lots of detail on this wonderful mold. I have collected my molds over 20 years ago. They have always been stored inside in my home in acid free paper to protect from humidity and acidification. Very Rare! Antique/Vintage Chocolate Mold of a 12” Victorian Lady withParasol

First of all I want to say the smaller mold is not included in the sale!! I’m using her as a size comparison. But up for sale is a Very Rare!! Antique/Vintage Chocolate Mold of a 12” Victorian Lady w/Parasol made by H. 10315 the mold number is not visible there is a manufactured clamp on the lower right hand side covering the mold number at the moment. I do indeed know this to be the mold number because I do have a second. And I do know that the manufactured clamp is indeed covering the mold number in that spot because I do see a partial number if I look closely. The number was also stamped hard enough see where it began to show but can not quite make out the number on the inside flange. As you can see there is tarnish and scratches wearing in the tinning on the outside of the mold. Inside is shiny with very few blemishes and would present itself to be capable of molding. As always please look at photos carefully as these are the best description of the mold I can give you. This Mold does not have a makers mark and the mold number that is indicating that this mold is made by H. Walter is covered by manufactures clamp. The item “Very Rare! Very Rare Antique/Vintage chocolate mold of a Gnome pulling Santa’s sled mod no. 181 rare in very good condition for its age this molds has tarnish spots, scratches, some rust spots on exterior, interior is shiny with slight blemishes and shiny. As always please refer to photos as they indeed offer the best description I can give you. This mold is stamped GES. This mold was made in Germany most likely by Heris. Size of the mold. 9” long 6.5” tall at the santa, and 4.5” tall at the gnome. This mold is also marked with the no. 5 on each side indicating it is a matched mold. 3 clips pictured included.
